As the title says, I have a protrusion at the incision site which I am assuming is the screw used to anchor the tendon. I have had kidner procedure done to both feet for accessory navicular bones, the problem one I'm referring to was performed 19 years ago.

Do these things need to be replaced? Could it pop out of my foot? Is it normal for people to have other surgeries after the first one was performed?
