So I was born with flat feet... like really, really flat feet, my doctors have called them pancakes lol. But anyway unlike many with flat feet I have problems such as pain in my feet and ankles, I also have short tendons so I cannot fully stretch my legs out straight as well as having a condition with my hips which causes pain in them as well as pain in my upper legs.
