    Hi,

    I'm actually on the patient side of the house here (PTTD), but I figured I'd throw this out to y'all and see if it might be useful to anyone. I'd had custom orthoses once from a doctor and they seemed to make my condition worse than my hand-whittled versions. So, I decided to try and make better ones. Here's a video describing my current technique:

    My current versions have about 4mm additional material on the medial side at the heel and this seems to make things a bit better than my previous ones.

    Feel free to tell me I'm a complete idiot for trying this at home.
