I am interested to know who in private practice in Australia has had success with long term placements of Team members through agencies.

Locum placements seem to be quite different.

Does anyone know any stats on how many Pod's use agencies.

Once signed up are they able to access jobs privately or do the T & C's prohibit finding themselves a job.

The investments for Private clinics in using agencies seem to be prohibitive.

Are Podiatrists missing out on awesome job opportunities because they are signed up?

Would appreciate your thoughts.
