Hi. For the pastv3cyears iv had a red patch the size of a 2 pound coin on my left foot. It comes from playing on the floor with my children. The pressure from sitting back on my knees.

Iv tried to remove it with a pomstone but it's not shifting. It looks like a Redisham bruise and feels rough to smooth.

Any tips to help this dissappear
