This is my first post so please be kind.

Can anyone help me?

I have been researching information about orthoses and rheumatoid arthritis and I keep coming across the term"retrocapital" in regards to retrocapital bars etc.

This ia not a familiar term to me. Can anyone tell me what it is? It seems to be used primarily in Europe and in the orthopadeic world.
