some time ago i run so much circles in warm boots (couldnt get rid of too much energy) around the table. afterwards i had serious foot problems. It really hurt.And I coudnt walk.

(also i went down in the medication that day AND i have kundalini complaints, so too much energy)
The balls of my FEET are for some time very red also in the flesh and it feels ENERGETICALLY.
It hurts when walking. The ball of the feet, were the main problem is, is sometimes in cramp or not, when not , it hurts...
