    There is no doubt that the present economic state of the U.K. Particularly among the more deprived areas. Has led to an increase in foot disorders at GP's surgeries The cutting back on in house calls from health visitors. Has meant that a lot of things are missed when it comes to diabetes.
    But once again we have a lack of advice on these things. Let us face it some good old fashioned advice on footwear, exercise, hygiene. Would go a long way to help and like everything else. If a problem is spotted in the early stages. It can be resolved.
