My old Hadewe dust extraction drill is on it's last legs, I'm looking to possibly replace it with a spray drill, anyone with experience of both to say which is best?

I use a Hadewe Oceanos has both functions. For me, fantastic piece of kit.

Nail problems, use suction, others, use water spray function.

    An absolute asset.

I have never used a spray drill - is it not very messy in use?

I previously had a hadawe suction drill. I now have an Orthospray drill by Orthofex it's very efficient. It's not messy because the spray is very fine.

    Hya,
I would definately recommend the spray drills, they never get too hot on patients flesh, can do amazing work, and providing you keep the spray to a minimum they are not too messy ( what you do get is a minor inconvenience when you compare it to the advantages)

Hi Corran, it's Nick. Hope you are well, we must catch up by email. I have a spray drill, very good for keeping the nail cool when reducing onychauxic nails, much fewer airborne sub-micron particles flying around. Hope you are all well,

    Kind regards,

    Nick.
