    Enthusiasm. ;)
Alignment doesn't look too bad, the proximal phalanx of the hallux appears elevated on the lateral view. The cannulated screw in the phalanx is pretty long and it's orientation seems a bit strange. Generalised bone density seems normal (on my screen) but there's lucency around the screw fixation of the 1st met to the second, so it's probably loose. The 1st Met-Cuneiform joint has been fused. There's fixation in for what is probably a kidner and there's and MBA in the sinus tarsi. The cartilage space of the 1st MTPJ is diminished and there appears to be some soft tissue swelling on the medial aspect of the joint (on my screen resolution anyway).
    Presenting complaint and H&P?
    Have a nice day
