I have linked Talar Supinatus to both RFS and the PreClinical Clubfoot Deformity. Up until recently 3D radiographs of the foot were unavailable to visualize this link. However, in the past few years a plethora of foot CT data have sprung up demonstrating the link between talar torsion and flexible flat footedness. Below is one such study by Flury et al (2021) which provided 3-D surface models of the Tali using computed tomography data. (N=94, 50 controls, 44 flatfeet).

I have frequently written about this link between talar torsion and the PreClinical Clubfoot Deformity (In Europe termed Progressive Collapsing Foot Deformity). A concordance of my research is now being published in European orthopaedic journals.
