I had toe nail surgery on wednesday. I had both big toe nails removed. On thursday you wouldnt even know i had surgery. I didn't feel a thing....

You need to contact a doctor immediately, toes and infection don't go well together and the result can be catastrophic. I always ask my patients to avoid any form of impact exercise until I have checked adequate healing has occurred (usually at least 4 weeks).
