May I please seek members' advice on the management of an ulcerated wound (recent onset) over a callosity on tendo achiles in a 45 year old female with 15 years history of post traumatic foot drop?

 

The reason that almost 400 people have looked at this thread and not posted any replies may be that there is not enough info. Go to the Biomechanics, sports thread and at the top there is a sticky describing how to present a patient.
