    Hello,

    for about 10 years I have a very unpleasant feeling of pressure under the forefoot (metatarsals) of my right foot. The feeling of pressure occurs when walking, standing and also when sitting - at rest (e.g. lying down) the feeling of pressure is not noticeable.
    It feels as if the ball of the front foot has swollen or the sock has slipped under the ball of the foot. With greater stress (e.g. walking> 30 minutes) the forefoot feels like "squashed". If I sit with street shoes for a long...
