Lump feeling under toes/ball of foot

    Starting one year ago I developed a feeling on my right foot under my toes when wearing socks (a heightened sensation of the fabric of my sock) - no pain, just irritating as I have a constant desire to wiggle toes to fix sock (but there is nothing to fix) Since then it has evolved into the feeling of a lump under my toes and ball of foot.
