I'm 30 and have high arches. After some pain last year, my local Shuropody centre provided me with insoles to support my high arches and even out my step. These worked very well for a while, and I have replaced them, but I'm getting pain in my left knee again. I feel like my left heel is still skidding inwards when I walk, and taking my knee with it, causing my knee to be in an un-natural position every time I take a step.
