There is no accurate way to determine how much traffic any particular website gets (except the site owner can via their own logs). The next best way is to use something like Alexa, which is less than accurate, but can certainly give an indication.

Alexa rank sites based on traffic. An Alexa ranking of 200, means the site is the 200th most visited website on the net etc. So where do the podiatry sites rank according to Alexa:
