People over 100 and people under 18months, people with parkinsons disease, people walking on the pebble beach with bare feet, people with broken ankles, people who have ruptured Achilles tendons, people doing mimes of a sloth, People in a slow walking race on slo-mo replay.

    :D

    Depressed people.

Colleagues of a certain vintage will remember the song 'Walking Back To Happiness'. The antithesis for the clinically depressed must be 'Walking Back From Happiness'.

  10. People who have been told by Brian Rothbart that the first one to walk the 20 yards to his Father of Chronic Pain Elimination Booth at the local county fair will get a free pair of Rothbart Proprioceptive Insoles.

When I lived in the High Peak (UK), there was an annual backwards walking race from Macclesfield to Buxton - 12 miles. I have always liked a good nut case, but walk backwards for 12 miles must be fairly slow.

Okay. I am back after taking a few months plus off and relaxed on the side of many roads pondering life.

Okay. I forgot to mention ( bad me) that all are healthy and no injuries or diseases, etc.

The answer: ( all good guesses by the way) is.....

*** GOVERNMENT WORKERS***!! WHY? They are all beating the clock!

Observe them in the general public.....as if by conditioning, they MUST move slow to do the least for the most $$$$$ or be reprimanded by their superiors!! Try this test: Ask them to do a small task ( get a coffee, pour some milk, go to the front door and check for mail, etc) and they will move like a snail and drag their feet! Ha...works every time!
