7 year verruca.. photo attached, please help!

Hello ,

please can anybody advise if this actually is a verruca! I’ve had the stupid thing for at least 7 years! I’ve tried verruca pens, bazzuka extra strength, some oil thing I bought I online and nothing will shift it! I want it gone before summer I’m fed up of it!
I cut it away with a surgical blade, apply the bazzuka and have been for many weeks now and in the past. I have seen a little black dot in the past and it would bleed if I cut back too far. Now if I leave it a few days thick...
