Can anyone help me figure out if my feet are part of a bigger problem or just damaged?

    28, female here.

    I am a dancer at a club and I’m relatively in shape (5’4”, 130lbs)…but a few months/maybe a year back I had a doctor do bloodwork and I was diagnosed as pre diabetic. I never went back, though. I do wear really tall platforms and my toes do have a curl to them. I do notice my feet will dig into my shoes as well…causing my toes to hurt often and create callouses. I do notice my nails have been really unhealthy looking and I’ve noticed my callouses, specifically my left...

    Can anyone help me figure out if my feet are part of a bigger problem or just damaged?
