    I would agree with Griff. I use kinesiotape and Rocktape for big toe joint symptoms (sesamoids, bunions, etc), plantar plate tears, general metatarsal complaints in a circumferential pattern, and midfoot pain. I prefer leukotape as I get to the ankle. I also love Quick Tape from supportthefoot.com for plantar fasciitis. Rich
