I am a physiotherapist interested in foot biomechanics and orthotic therapy. Can anyone recommend a good reference that goes over the current basics of orthotic therapy?

Maybe try 'Foot Orthoses and Other Forms of Conservative Foot Care' as a start by Thomas C. Michaud.
