Jones Fracture Questions- ALL advice is helpful

    On Feb. 25th I ran in the Walt Disney 10k, i had not really trained well and had new shoes that were not right for my feet so it's mostly my fault. I got done with the 10k and had really bad pain on the outside of my right foot and horrible shin splints. Thinking it was because I was not properly trained, i put some icyhot on it and stretched and went home. That night the pain was still there, but was minimal. I went to bed and woke up the next morning to run the half marathon. It was cold...
