    Employment wanted in Australia

Hi I am a UK qualified Podiatrist with over 10 years experience, several years working in the NHS in the UK and private practice experience in New Zealand.
I was looking for a Job in Australia and would really like to be in or very near Melbourne or Brisbane. I was wondering if there was any jobs available and how I would go about getting an employer sponsored visa? Hope someone can help. Thanks
