Podiatry practice for sale-sunshine

I am looking for expressions of interest to buy my other business in Sunshine.
I am just too busy with the expansion of my clinic in Geelong and that is the only reason I am considering selling.
I have a good client base and strong referral base in the area.
I presently have 3 other pods and myself working between 2-3.5 days per week.
One person could easily work there and have instant work and income.
It is located in a Medical centre and the room is only for podiatry so full time hours is a definite possibility.

I just dont have the time to get it to that.

Overheads and expenses are minimal.
I can provide P&L's which show how quickly the business has grown and is still growing.
Its a great opportunity for someone starting out or just wanting to expand.
