Possible FHL tendon tear in big toe, please help!

    Hello all, I injured my big toe back in July 2009. It was not a sudden onset, but it started to hurt one morning when I woke up. I had been playing a lot of basketball, and had been doing the elliptical trainer the night before. I tried resting the injury for several weeks, but it did not go away. I stopped playing basketball and using the elliptical from that point on. I went to a local podiatrist and she took an xray, and said it was not broke and I just had a sprain in my big toe. This...
