    I am in the Sacramento, CA area if you have a good referral to a DPM or orthopedic in northern CA. My healthcare provider is Kaiser, for now.

    This may have been discussed but my situation is complex, according to my DPMs. in Feb 2011 I suffered from what I would define as a Grade 3 lateral inversion sprain. From it, I fractured my cuboid, spent several months nursing
    it with a month on a cast, several months in walking eboot, several months totally non-weight bearing via crutches and...
