I am relocating back to Queensland and would love to leave my lovely clients with another Podiatrist to take over from me. I do 1 day a week home visits in the Helensburgh and Stanwell Tops/Park area. All visits are within 5-10 mins drive of each other and I usually see 8-10 per day (that could be changed to suit your needs).

I have ongoing referrals from the local GPs so new clients regularly and most have EPC plans (which they claim back payment on themselves). There is potential to grow this business or to keep as is. I was previously renting a clinic room in the village quite cheaply but then decided to do home visits which suited me well.

I have a huge client base with approximately 60-80 regular home visits and many others that call as required, plus many that visit yearly for Diabetic reviews etc.

The client base is a mixed age group with retired, working, sports and kids assessments also. I do regular Orthotics also (casted) and can supply the details of the manufacturer in Sydney who makes these for me (and is excellent at it). There is scope to expand this side of the business with new sports centre and personal trainers setting up business in Helensburgh.

You will be able to start immediately as approximately 18 sets of Podiatry instruments will be supplied with the sale as well as an SES Steriliser which holds approx 8 sets of instruments (full working order and very reliable), as well as whatever dressings I have left etc. The main cost will be the steriliser and instruments with a small good will cost for the clients. I am selling for less than half the price I bought this for 3 years ago due to quick sale needed.
