hi, i apologize for going on to your site, as I'm a massage therapist. about five years ago, a friend with severe foot pain in one foot was told that, on her, the tib. post. tendon inserts into an accessory navicular on both feet. she had the kidner procedure on the foot that had pain, which reduced the pain somewhat, but it's still bad and she's now having pain in the other foot. by her own account, she's seen quite a few different doctors and been given every foot exercise under the sun. what outcomes have you seen for people with this problem? are people who do their exercises usually able to manage well, or do they usually simply have to endure?
