AHPs able to advise on Fit for Work

The Allied Health Professionals Advisory Fitness for Work Report was launched on the 5th of March, and has been designed to complement the existing Statement of Fitness for Work, which GPs use to determine workplace fitness. It was developed through a collaboration between the College of Occupational Therapists, The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), and the Society of Chiropody and Podiatrists.

Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Chiropodists and Podiatrists will all be able to play their part in getting people who are ill or injured back to work at an early stage, or from going off sick in the first place.
