I have a patient with Caviod feet that mountain bike rides over 100km in a day. He has severe bursitis/capsulitis which is excruciating. He has orthotics with XL metdomes and cortisone injections. His forefoot is 4E. Does anyone know of MTB clip in shoes for this foot type. Thanks!

I am a Podiatrist that loves to ride and has mildly cavoid feet. I think something like a "five-ten" shoe with crank brothers cleats, you could experiment with adjustments to these or flat pedals might work better. It might need a specialist pedorthist and bike fit.
