Hi, I'm a student pod and need a bit of advice.

I've a friend with a 4 year old daughter who has a port wine stain on her foot. One heel keeps blistering, clearing up and then blistering again. She's asked about using creams/ointments to stop the blistering but I've said probably not.

Does anyone have any experience with pws on feet, could it be as simple as a footwear problem?
