    Are automatic blood pressure monitors of value in clinical assessment. Your shared experiences would be much appreciated.

    Some of the better quality ones are fine for arm measurements, but in my experience do not work at all at the ankle level, if the purpose is to calculate an ABI.

    I would invest in a good quality analogue sphygmo, eg Speidel+Keller, any day of the week. ;)
