At Derby Day last weekend I was wondering how effective the Botox option would be and how many women would have sought it out. I certainly wouldn't go to that extreme. Wearing comfy flats is my usual working & weekend wardrobe, but women do need a heel when they're dressing up. Over many years I've worked out what my perfect heel height is that I can comfortably wear for an event...1cm higher and I'm hobbling within an hour...All girls should know what they can realistically wear and not be swayed by how cute they look. I had my little Silipos forefoot gel pads and they certainly did the trick...Plenty of tragic girls were there, walking around without their shoes even before lunch! Just looks tacky.

Hi All, along the same lines but different material is anyone in Australia using silicon injections for fat pad loss?

Have tried to contact the company in the USA as discussed in a link earlier in the year no response from them.

    Cheers

Is anybody doing hyaluronic acid injections to the foot in the UK? I have a patient who will pay and travel for such a solution.
