I followed up your query about authors and recieved the below reply, Amanda Oakley is the dermatologist credited in the article body.
The clinical/ editorial team are listed inside the front cover ( if you download the pdf journal )

"..We have a collaborative approach to writing
our articles, with one author taking the initial lead and the rest of
the bpac clinical team providing input and guidance throughout the
process. Therefore we avoid attributing a specific member of the team to
individual articles. The role of the expert (i.e. in this cases, Dr
Amanda Oakley) is to review the draft document and provide comment and
correction. ..."
