Is there CME credit for here in the states? Certificate of attence with hours?

 

Sorry, no 'formal' CME credits as it costs very big $ to register as a CME provider and a **** bag of paper work to fill out....

There is a certificate of attendance with hrs.

 

Thanks Craig. I will consider attending. However, there seem to be very few conferences here in the US focusing on biomechanics. I am waiting for PFOLA to come back. A lot of the CME conferences here are focusing on surgery and more surgery. There is very little to no time for orthotics, AFOs, fading minimalist running trends, gait analysis, kinematics etc. No one talks about joint moments...oh, so sad.

 

Thanks again Craig for the great talk you gave at our annual PAC 2014 symposium. I'm all signed up for the August 17-18 Toronto Boot camp, so I'll be seeing you then.

Just back from Dublin course. I will be highly recommending that anyone with a vague to obsessive interest in orthotic therapy attend Toronto.
I have never attended even a 1 hour biomechanics lecture where the lecturer has been as clear and so evidence based. To have this guy for two days is a gift. Dublin was in a castle with 33 of us. Craig does not appear to be into any level of marketing. Take your opportunity or loose it. If you can get to Toronto; go.

I was concerned about words like boot camp; knowing that for me biomechanics have not been my strongest area. There is no yelling and if you wanted to waste your time being mute you can, but with a gold mine of information that Craig has at his temples I would recommend engaging with him at every opportunity.

There is a paradigm shift happening in the approach to orthotic therapy. It makes clinical and business sense to be aware of it.

I have 30 years under my belt. Its a rare event when you can apply new knowledge to Monday mornings' patients and get a new shot of enthusiasm into your practice.

It is an odd way of signing up and with no confirmation until a month later. I was concerned that I had signed up for a scam and I was nervous about moving patients and paying for trans Atlantic flights with out any confirmation that this really was on. Eventually details of the hotel came through and everything was excellent quality.

I have even re read my notes twice since returning. I don't believe I have ever done that before!

 

Now I am more excited than ever. Thanks for sharing.
