    Hi,

    Looking for a stockist David.

I believe manufacturers of footwear use a generic last (Straight last), which tends to be suitable for the majority of the population. A curved last can be beneficial for accommodating those with a prominant lateral border, usually in patients with met adductus or with a high arch profile. My understanding is that manufacturers do not generally supply this type of footwear because of the increased production costs. Although you generally find that 'cushioned/rolling out' type running shoes are advertised as having either a curved or semi curved last.

    Regards

I have a sneaking suspicion that Aetrex do some curved last shoes. Have a look on their American website and if they do, I can give you details about sourcing them in the UK
