  2. harmonknee Welcome New Poster

Hi, I have signed up and watched some free videos and was wondering if this is what the live conferences look like? Also is diabetic limb salvage accredited for UK podiatrists?

    Hi harmonknee,

The video live streaming of limb salvage (or any conference for that fact) is pretty much the same as the on demand video with a few exceptions. Quality can be improved to high definition, there is the ability to interact with the conference, the lectures are placed onto PORTAL in PDF so you can print or view them yourself and the video is able to be re-watched at anytime if you miss something or wish to view it again.

PORTAL also developed advanced digital tracking technology which records and stores your digital attendance of an event. This can be used for claiming CME/CPE points, proof of attendance or simply to track your own progress.

Limb Salvage is fully accredited for US, Aus and NZ Podiatrists - you would have to check with your relevant registration body as to whether you could claim this in the UK.

Hope this answers your questions - if you require anymore assistance please feel free to email us at support@portaleducation.com at anytime.

    Kindest Regards,

    PORTAL Support
