I have an older client who until a year ago when he had a number of small TIAs walked well for his age. Now his right great toe will not lift. He has been trialled under the NHS with a number of in-shoe devices which have not helped. Any ideas for orthoses that might help resolve the problem. The joint has tone and can be manipulated by hand - not much help when he is walking though!

    Hi Merrilees,

Possibly better to repost in the General Issues & Discussion area of The Arena.

The lovely Mr, Mrs, Miss or Ms. Admin may even move it for you if they get a spare minute. ;)

    Regards,

    Mandy.

Welcome Merrilees, hope you have had replies elsewhere. Fee free to add where you are from if you get a moment. This can make some enquires easier to answer if they are area or country specific.

    Cheers
