    dear all,

    2 days back i had 22 yrs old female, working in our hospital came with c/o of

    foot pain for 2 weeks duration .

    she gave history of increased walking of 2 km per day recently.

    she is having pain during walking and cyclically crepitus is felt over the EHL

    tendon along the dorsum.

    is it over use syndrome?
