In the space of the last twelve months podiatrists have had public warnings about heels, thongs, casual slip on shoes, and now platforms. Has this profession become the shoe inspectrate of all that is decent in the world of footwear, on the prextex of saving morbididy. In the absence of significant evidence to support these outrageous claims me thinks we have become easy headline grabbers.

    The lartesrt condemnation form Australia

  2. Too true. I think what Brenden was really trying to say was, " Strewth, these shoes are fantastic and give fabulous definition to the leg and derrière . Worn regularly these little numbers turn the toes into claws and make the wearer a real tiger in bed. A must-have for everyone this season and they look great on Sheilas too….”

Abosulute lesson to us all there Mark, and that is you are always misquoted in the press.

In actual fact the more corn causing footwear worn by the public the better for the corn cutting business, but the predicted collapse of the arches as foreseen in 18th century literature just has not happened.

Sunday in sunny Perth (WA) with the local AFL derby Eagles v Dockers imminent. Talk about a divided city, puts Glasgow and Edinburgh in a cocked hat.

    Go Dockers go

    Hi GUYS
As a pod and female it has always struck me that Male pods always comment on high heels and go on about foot damage etc what about the pelvis tilt and subsequently the flabby stomach and thunder thighs as the end result of prolonged wearing of high heels ? Surely that would grab the headlines and not just corns and callous
