I posses light brown skin, overall. I've noticed recently that my toes have regions around the joints which are really dark. I've done some research on this and many people suggest scrubbing with baking soda. I've tried this for 3.5 weeks without even the slightest of lightness on my toes.
I have uploaded an image of the affected area. Please suggest any remedies for this issue. Thank you loads!
