    I have heard CP talk about this a couple of times when he scratches his head (...as that physio said at one seminar, you really have to stop doing it... :D )

    The paradox he talks about is the prospective predictive studies like the ones reviewed above do not show a pronated foot as being a risk factor or predictive of symptoms, yet when we use a foot orthoses to stop the foot pronating, the patient gets better ... why is that? :confused:
