    I have been having pain in my feet for a few months. I assumed it was plantar fasciitis but from some things I have read I am not so sure. My feet don't hurt when walking or standing or while I am exercising. They only hurt when they are massaged/press on them. Mainly the sides of my foot and some of the base.

    When I was receiving massages a few months ago it was suggested to me it could be plantar fasciitis. I saw my MD recently for a physical and he suggested doing some intrinsic muscle...
