    Hi there,

Will someone please enlighten me at to what causes this condition? I have a patient who is bilateral - no obvious visible exostosis, or pain. Is it biomechanical or is it hereditory or both?? The patient also has a humongous haglunds as well-r/foot only.

Please be gentle in your replies!! Im not the greatest biomechanical whizz!

    thanks
