Woke up this morning and having trouble walking/weight bearing on foot. I have previously been told I have very low arches and have previously suffered from plantular fascistis (heel pain). I am struggling to walk and pain level on resting is about a 4, up to a 8/9 when putting weight on it. The pain is on the inside of the foot, down the side. One area is tensor to touch. I did nothing different yesterday, in fact was quite a restful day as on holiday from work at present. I will go to docs...
