I am a UK podiatrist who has just sent my application off to AHPRA to register with them and they have replied stating I would need a current visa, which has left me very confused as I am over 40 I would need a 457 visa which requires sponsorship and in order to get sponsorship I would first need to be registered with AHPRA, which in my mind leaves me in a catch 22 situation.

Does anyone know how I can proceed or if there are any other visa I could apply to first that would satisfy AHPRA's requirements?
Thanks in advance for any replies.
