    One of the downsides to the Hoka running shoes is that they do tend to be a bit on the narrower side. The Clifton is the Hoka that I recommend as the 'entry level' or 'first try' for those interested in them.

    Good to see that v3 is a little bit now wider:

    I have just been reliably informed that the Clifton 3 and all subsequent other models have a new chemical in the EVA that increases the durability and rebound of the midsole.

    The increased width is 3mm at the met heads (and I will notice that).
