Trading Standards implemented new law from toady. This law is the biggest shake-up in consumer law for 40 years to safeguard public from scam/scandals /misleading and false impression by individual or company.

The Trading Standards Agency may have more claws than HPC against rogue individual implying or advertising under protected professions.

For full details of the law see the BBC news site.
