Hi , im posting because as a man im ashamed to admit im scared and ashamed of what i have let become really bad ingrown toenails. I'm just looking for slme advice. I jave had ingrown toenails in both big ties for almost 10 years now. I can't deal with the constant pain and smell anymore i have literally hit rock bottom. The problem is i'm scared and don't no where to turn , do i go to a&e etc.
